- Peer leaders are sophomores, juniors, and/or seniors who assist The WellsLink Program students in their transition to the collegiate experience. Peer leaders serve as agents to ensure that our students are socially and culturally acclimated to Syracuse University. The WellsLink Program peer leaders are dedicated, charismatic, scholarly leaders, involved in student extracurricular activities and knowledgeable about campus life. Additionally, our peer leaders are committed to service.
- Peer leaders are selected, trained and supervised by the Office of Multicultural Affairs. Applications are made available during the first week of April. After application review and interviews, selections are made by April 30th.
