Black History Month

In honor of Black History Month (BHM), Syracuse University’s Office of Multicultural Affairs, within the Division of Enrollment and the Student Experience, hosts a series of events in the month of February in collaboration with campus departments and student organizations.

Black History Month honor the rich traditions of the African Diaspora through programming. The unique contributions and dynamic histories of people of African descent will enliven the Black cultural aesthetic via programming, dialogue, and cuisine.

 

Please note, the deadline for submission forms for 2019 Black History Month is January 19, 2019. This formed need to be completed in full and approved by the BHM Committee. If have any questions please feel free to contact Cedric T. Bolton at ctbolton@syr.edu.
